ABFTW collects first-party session data from websites where our tracking snippet is installed. This includes: page URLs visited, session duration, referrer, UTM parameters, and conversion events. Visitors are identified by a pseudonymous visitor ID stored in localStorage — we never collect names, email addresses, or personally identifiable information from end visitors.
For ABFTW account holders, we collect your email address and billing information (processed by Stripe). We do not store payment card details.
Session data is used solely to provide analytics to the site owner who installed the snippet. We do not sell, share, or use session data to build advertising profiles. We do not share data between customers — each account's data is isolated by row-level security.
Raw event data is retained for 2 years. Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@abftw.com.
ABFTW uses Supabase for database and authentication, ClickHouse Cloud for event storage, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers on our own product.
